The future of Rio Bravo Point and the Rio Bravo Medical Campus is full of opportunity!
Rio Bravo Point's maser plan includes:
The Rio Bravo Point is one of the very last commercially zoned properties along the Highway 178 corridor. With over 13,500 houses planned for the immediate area within the next five years, the Northeast region is currently underserved in the retail and commercial sector. Anchor tenants such as Target, Safeway, Trader Joes, and Lowes are needed within the area, along with smaller retailers and fast casual restaurants.
In 2020, GL Bruno Associates along with Rio Bravo Medical Campus partners and local physicians adjusted the master development plan to evolve with the changing needs of medical space. Since 2016, the demand for medical space has changed. Originally the campus consisted of four main medical buildings. Instead the Rio Bravo Campus will include two main buildings, along with eight smaller garden offices which will allow a variety of uses on the Campus.
